Supervisor HRD (Code: Sup-HRD)

• Female 
• 33 years old.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and industrial relations
• Holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law / Management from a reputable university
• Shall have a minimum of 3-5 years working experience in similar position
• Such familiar with personnel matters as labor organization, industrial relations, recruitment, selection, training, education etc
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent in consulting, negotiation skills and conflict Resolutions
•  Ability to work under pressure
• Able to work and Communicate with multinational representatives
• Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia, communication skills, problem solving skills.
